You have 24 hours to cancel your appointment free of charge after that you will be charged 50% of your appointment. If you’re running late, There is a 15 minute grace period , if you fail to arrive before then, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of your appointment and will have to reschedule. No call-no shows will be charged 100% of their appointment.
